Who is Rob Peers?

My formal education was based in language, world religions, psychology, political affairs, and in the cultural learning earned from of living and working abroad. This experience and foundation has been an invaluable assets over the past 15 years of my career, as I have worked in international business developing my expertise in Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Structure, Financial Management, and Small Business Start-up.

I have always taken a keen interest in the strategic, legal and accounting aspects of the business ventures that I was fortunate enough to be a part of, and more importantly in the application of this knowledge and advice into the actual operations of the business.

More recently, I have looked to bring this experience to entrepreneurs and small businesses, and support them in their growth and development. Small business owners have access to accounting and legal professionals, but seldom have support with coordinating and implementing this professional advice.

My consulting practice, and this blog is intended to support small business owners with the business of business, and to educate and help de-mystify much of the legal, structural and accounting principles surrounding their day to day operations.
